Worth Purchasing a Pump
The conditioner is very viscous so worth purchasing a pump as it's difficult to get out the bottle otherwise then you only need a very small amount to cover all your hair. I use this as a leave in conditioner too for my very curly hair. Beautiful product as it doesn't leave my hair frizzy which all other conditioners I have tried (including high end brands) do. I have found that I don't need to use shampoo with this product.
Report this reviewWorth it!
There was definitely a difference in my hair after using this conditioner and straightening it-- softer, brought out my colour more and just seemed to sit better! My hair came out looking more like the hair I get when I've just been to a salon!
Report this reviewLoved this product !
This was the first time that I have used NYR hair products - I found both the Rose shampoo & conditioner did exactly as described and really improved the condition of my hair! (Coloured, fine flyaway hair after nearly a month in the sun and frequent washing! ) I loved it and will order again. Only downside - the lovely rose fragrance did not last after I had dried my hair. The other big problem was the packaging ! The hard plastic containers were not user friendly - it was impossible to squeeze and I had to remove the tops to extract the contents .. very frustrating!
Report this reviewGreat
I use this conditioner along with the shampoo. It has a lovely smell although it doesn't stay fragrant in your hair once dried which is a shame, but won't stop me buying it as I prefer to use more natural products.
Report this reviewSaved my children's hair!
Last year it saved my then-1y old son's hair, as he looked as a scarecrow, and other, even "children" products would only help detangle it, but still his hair looked awfull... And I really did't want to cut it... After Weleda conditioner for grown ups failed us as well, I found this in a health shop and decided to give it a chance despite the price - and it worked! His hair became shiny, thick, soft and silky - like in pics from Vogue Bambini!!! Then again, after this summer, both my 4 y old daughter and now 2 y old son (including me) had awfully dry entangled hair which was impossible to brush - I'd have brush full of my daughter's hair and realized she will start to look like a scarecrow herself unless I cut her hair... I mean even strong Morroccanoil hair mask could't help it... And then I recalled the effect of this balm on my son's hair last year, rushed to buy it and today they both went to each one's daycare like two angels with shiny and silky hair, after I brushed it with no difficulties at all :) So we will definitely continue using this product - I mean what harm can it do to children? It's organic and all..
Report this reviewNice Conditioner
This is a nice conditioner to compliment the rose shampoo but I have to use far more shampoo than I do conditioner so this one is not very economical for me.

This is by far the most AMAZING conditioner I have ever used!!! Out with the old and in with the natural. It suits my natural curly hair as I am caribbean, it really is for all hair types. Well done NYR.
Report this reviewDifficult to get out
Would give 5 stars if not for the hard plastic bottle very difficult to squeeze out especially when you have carpal tunnel.....love the product though however won't be purchasing again if remains in very hard plastic
Report this reviewFive stars for quality, zero for packaging
This is a great conditioner for dry and maturing hair, as is the shampoo, but NY really has got to sort out its packaging: it's impossible to get the thick cream out of the tiny lid opening - one has to take the whole lid off and turn the bottle upside down to get any out, which is quite wasteful. A single dose pump dispenser would be far more effective. Also, I am very disappointed that with all that is known about the dangers of polluting plastics, an avowedly natural company like NY uses plastic containers for its shampoos. A glass bottle with a pump dispenser as used for other NY products would be both environmentally friendly and less wasteful. People wishing to take the product on holidays can easily decant what they need into their own personal containers. There is simply no excuse for a natural product company to use plastics these days.

Lovely conditioner however had trouble getting it out the bottle so had to decant it which I wasn't pleased about
